4 mile tempo run, 43 minutes, no pain, 67 degrees, 5:30 am – 6:13 am, before sunrise, with Lucy.
16 miles, 3.5 hours, 7:30 am – 11:00 am, over cast until the last half hour, with SacFit, 4 stops at aid stations. Painful run (hip flexors) but no injuries. Breakfast of strawberries and eggs at finish.

18 months – eyes corrected
Age 6 – knees straightened, feet corrected

Age 26 – abandoned steroids (for asthma) and changed diet

Age 30 – ran my first marathon
